  1. Loved this work out! Nicole, do you tie in workouts with weights to achieve your tone? Or do you just do Pilates? I'm a UK size 8-10 but really looking to tone up this year so along with a healthy diet, do you think weights are important to achieve definition or do you believe this can be achieved just by doing your Pilates classes? Thanks in advance 🙂

  2. I do a lot of pilates and have a lower back problem. Quite a few of these exercises are too hard for those with lower back issues. I'm aware of my limitations but it would be good if you maybe reminded people that some of these are pretty tough if you have back weakness – especially the c curve leaning back ones. I liked doing it but had to miss, or adapt quite a few of these. Would be great if you could indicate the difficulty level or something like that on the title or in the commentary.Thanks for doing this.
