  1. Oh my gosh! I'm in love with this workout <3 It's so relaxing but challenging at the same time! I love to do it either in the morning or either in the evening!   3. I really enjoyed this practice, it’s hard but achievable with the modifications shown by Nicole. My arms are shaking and my legs are burning so I know I’ve worked hard. This is the best Pilates/ Yoga channel I’ve come across in my 15 years of home workouts. The exercises are tough but I know that if I keep doing them, I can improve in time .
