  1. This is a great workout!
    However, it would have become complete if it also had a warm up.
    One needs to warm up a little before this one otherwise the body feels too stiff.

  2. Hi you guys; just a motivation talk here; I picked this up again after 15 years. I'm in my forties now and who sais we can't look great anymore?? I'm just 8 weeks in it and I am so happy that I did! Belly and hamstrings are gone and my bud looks actually nice again in my jeans. Go for it, you won't regret it.

  3. I go through a vicious cycle where I gain a few pounds from a new medication and then do this until I lose them and then stop until I gain more weight again😭 I wish I could be consistent and do this daily I feel so good afterwards

  6. Loved this workout – its a classic for good reason. I used to do this daily and ppl would always question how I have 3 kids. Mari's own words about this video: "After 10 times, you feel a difference, you feel stronger. After 20 times, you see a difference. After 30 times, others see the difference! People make it a way of life because they feel and see that its making them leaner, longer and more flexible". So true!

  7. My body post pregnancy 8 month old baby and I am getting A SWEET figure in 6 weeks of doing this video 4 times a week. Occasionally I'll do the 50 minute Winsor workout. But, mostly it's this 20 minute routine. Gah… I love this workout.

  8. Still doing this workout 5x a week since march but now instead of 1x a day I added 3 total since April. Great results!!! I should be at my goal by the end of August/beginning of September. Fingers 🤞

  10. This is my first time doing Windsor Pilates. Mari is great! Sorry to hear of her passing…she is still helping ppl😊 this was a nice easy workout but it felt really good and I enjoyed it
