Well as a male who is 44 I am about to go to my first Pilates lesson i have put on a lot of weight over this last year and maybe the most unfit I have been in a long time so a bit nervous just been watching videos to see what to expect
I had a yoga teacher who told me yoga is great but nothing changed her body like Pilates.

I do Pilates just to do something for my body and build up my hip muscles again (after surgery) and it's the highlight of my day haha

I did pilates several years ago at a pilates center. Was amazing. Used all the machines as well as floor. Balance was so much better and my posture stopped because it was so expensive

Ur posture is clearly better at day 30 and its actually pretty drastic. I'm having a simaler experience with it and my strength has majorly improved and I now have massive arm muscles.
Pilates is definately a great complement
