  1. Well as a male who is 44 I am about to go to my first Pilates lesson i have put on a lot of weight over this last year and maybe the most unfit I have been in a long time so a bit nervous just been watching videos to see what to expect

  2. When I was at university I did pilates and I felt awesome and loved the results. Since two days I started again, it´s hard but feel the work on my legs and my abs. Thank you for share your experiencie, i feel so enthusiastic.

  4. I did pilates several years ago at a pilates center. Was amazing. Used all the machines as well as floor. Balance was so much better and my posture stopped because it was so expensive

  7. I’m a runner and weight lifter and I’m trying to emphasize Pilates into my weekly routine. I just had my baby 4 months ago and I’m really trying to strengthen my core. I hope it works.

  8. You talk extremely fast to try to fit in one video but yet show nothing, please get better on sharing your experience without rushing and focus on content

  10. Is Pilates enough to keep you fit? I don’t want to lift weights or do high impact workouts 😩 I love yoga and Pilates but is it enough to keep me fit & tone my body?

  11. Ur posture is clearly better at day 30 and its actually pretty drastic. I'm having a simaler experience with it and my strength has majorly improved and I now have massive arm muscles.

  12. Pilates is definately a great complement
    I do pilates when i feel lazy and lack of motivation to do other type of workout and i totally feel better and motivated after!
