just wanna let everyone know that maybe you should do some warm up stretches before doing this cause i immediately did this as a beginner and now i’m suffering from cramps. haven’t even past 4 minutes 😂

I literally died, I used to think that Pilates won't be much difficult, but Pilates are one the most cramping giving workout 😭😭
