  2. I'm not sure if single legged bridge is beginner level pilates… but if it is I'm scared to know what intermediate or advanced levels are like..

    Day 1: It was not difficult overall the toughest part is the circular movement with the leg.

  4. just wanna let everyone know that maybe you should do some warm up stretches before doing this cause i immediately did this as a beginner and now i’m suffering from cramps. haven’t even past 4 minutes 😂

    I did feel that tension in legs and thighs.
    am I doing it right?
    I've been doing chloe ting's workouts, is that the reason I didn't find it hard to do?
    is this gonna help in weight loss?
