I don't know if I can do a rest day like day 3. Is there something longer I can do that constitutes rest. Am I bad?
I love Pilates and this is a totally awesome workout. I had been doing the longer ones but I am thinking this is equally effective.
I always have a sore back and I’m terrible at holding my core to sit up straight and not slouch so I’m gonna start this hopefully it helps with my back pain🙏

That was a great workout and at almost 59 years old I could do it all!!!! I am not in the best shape, but am happy I can do these types of routines without modifications or feeling sore or hurt the next day. Thank you!
