Hi I am a CNA and have been doing home health work for the majority of my career as a CNA sometimes I am offered to do private duty work for the clients but due to conflict with the agency this is not allowed. I am living in Colorado, what are the states requirements to become a Home Health Non Medical Agency? I would be the owner and also the first worker. Will I be required to register or have to have a certificate with the state department of public health etc? Some states does not require such license for a non medical agency so this is why I am asking. Thanks for the response.
