  1. LOVE, LOVE your pilates lessons. Combined with your knowledge as psychiotherapist, this makes the lessons so enjoyable and so knowledgeable!

  2. Thank you! I have been trying to exercise since my surgery for ovarian cancer. This has made me feel so good. I will keep exercising with you. God bless you

  3. Thank you so much for your videos I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and my physios in the past suggested I try pilates, so I thought I would give it a go now my body is a bit stronger and this felt like a perfect way to strengthen my muscles without causing pain 💕

  4. I’ve done Pilates for years and always prefer instructors who are nurses or physical therapists, etc. (or professional dancers- haha!!). They know the body and teach the information so more easily! She does a great job— though she’s a little chatty ☺️— but that’s fine!! I greatly enjoyed this class. Taking the intermediate soon 😊!!

  5. Im a pilates beginner and is it normal to feel neck tension at the start? After my first couple classes I felt soreness mainly in my core, but a little bit in neck and traps. I know I'm supposed to support my neck with my core, but even trying so hard there's still tension. Am I doing it wrong or is it just a matter if gaining more core strength with more practice?

  6. Amazing, exactly what I need! I think I am getting it! Thank you for your clear, concise explanations. x

  7. I have been in multiple Pilates classes yet this is by far the best explanation I have seen on the basics. Thank you Jennifer!

  8. Loved this! My body felt great after doing this. My body has been so stiff lately. I'm a dental assistant and my job has been killing my back. But this made my back feel great! Going to continue doing palates.

  9. First time to Pilates. Loved the ease with which you led us through each stretch. Noticed my hips are tight. Can you suggest one of your videos that might help. Thanks for the great introduction to Pilates! I enjoyed your voice.

  10. Hi Jessica, I've been following your great video's for 25 days. We have about the same body type, I'm less muscled of course:) I started 20 minutes every day. and since 1 week build up to 50 minutes, every day. What is better and gives best results? Every day or every other day? Thank you so much if you answer, if not I still love you <3

  11. Probably the most well-known Pilates move—the Hundred—is all about abs. But exercises that target your tummy are hardly the only reason it’s a dynamo core workout.

  12. I have been doing pilates before and moved to a new city, stoped and have had so much trouble with my lower back. Found your videos and in two sessions the constant pain disappeared almost and I am actually able to move around more freely again. Thank you so much.

  13. BY GOD , NOW I KNOW SHE KNOWS WHAT SHE IS TALKING …. THANKS , I AM STILL HAVING MORE IMPROVEMENTS BIT BY BIT.. GREAT STUFF, VERY NICE TOO LOOK AT TOO HOOORAH PEACE THANKS

  15. Thank you Jessica! I am 50 and not very flexible. I went through the whole workout and just did the best I could. I plan to try to be patient and keep trying.

  16. Hi I new to pilates never done them before you explained it so well really enjoyed it I suffer with chrons so my tummy tends to blotting out so I'm trying to tone it up

  17. Thank you Jessica, for taking the time to explain everything so clearly. You are an amazing teacher, and your videos are now part of my morning routing during these strange times. <3

  18. I know you posted this video 5 years ago but I just started Pilates due to a back injury years ago. I have followed your video twice now and I can already feel the difference! Is there a newer video I should be watching instead? I am brand new to working out and Pilates and I want to make sure I am doing the correctly. Thank you!
