  1. Definitely like this session, the only thing that really annoys me that the title says 40 min workout when the whole video is 39 min and then you have 1-2 min of talking.. it's not specifically to her but actually most of the instructors

  2. This is a really slow workout. Great for a day when you want to exercise but do not have that much energy. If you are looking for something that will make you break a sweat and get your heart rate really up this is not the workout for you. I like all the stretches she does though I wish she would do some more back and arms.

  3. Just brilliant. I have had major back surgery and I needed to get my flexibility back to some extent. I am absolutely amazed how far I have come so far.
