  2. Thank you for the challenge, Heather! I like barefeet too. Perfect Saturday Sweat Sesh when it is so cold out the giant alaskan malamute doesn't want to take a walk! But I did shovel for 30 minutes.

  3. A fantastic movement class. Definitely still an intensity through the class, and the stretch component throughout was appreciated. No jump lunges for me but I simply improvised with something else. Thank you, Heather!!

  7. This is the perfect work out for sore/tired/rest days. It's short and just get some movement in your body. Active cal around 130. I loved this pilates HIIT!

After some days off, it was a perfect workout to start again. @Heather, you have pilates, yoga, barre fusion, HIIT, Tabata (with & without weights, repeat, no repeat, etc.), kickboxing, cardio.. and believe me when I say that I love all of them, but since you are always creating and innovatingπŸ’‘, what else are you thinking to add? πŸ€”May be jumping rope fusion or Cross Fit fusion… 😁 Stay tuned !!πŸ’–
