  2. I have muscular thighs and (it seems) that I have very little thigh fat (it may be in the back) but I do have very muscular thighs.
    I've been thinking of DOING pilates and stuff, but I've been trying to think of ways to kind of "slim down" my legs. I'm wondering if there's any exercises to kind of "evenly distribute" this muscle and stuff in my legs? instead of bulking up more? (Kind of like when you spread dough out with a rolling pin?)
    Will pilates kind of do this?

  5. I found Fitness Blender workouts when I was looking for simple, at-home workouts on YouTube. I've tried all kinds of exercise and these videos are INCREDIBLE!!! I just did the pilates butt and thigh workout and it was SO relaxing, more than I had anticipated. Usually, I'm rushing to get through a workout, but I felt like this workout was super short! It felt like 5 minutes.

    I also love how the instructor is not telling you to 'push' through a workout beyond capacity. It was a very supportive way to motivate viewers. From this video, I have learned that as my body gets stronger, I can push myself more and more. My butt and thighs also felt the burn! I love your work and have subscribed to your channel!   7. Hi. I am enjoying the videos. Along with comfortable workout clothes, I find it equally necessary that I wear comfortable shoes if not just going bare feet. Most of the shoes I'm coming across are not flexible. Short of resorting to capizo dance shoes, I notice that the shoes you guys wear are not bulky and are close to a dancer's jazz shoes. Would you be so kind as to direct me to where you purchased your shoes (especially the shoes worn in the 'leg slimming pilates butt and thigh' workout to lift glutes and tone thighs video. It would be awesome if you guys would collaborate with the supplier to offer them along with your T-shirt merchandise. Thanks so much. Keep up the good work.

  8. "This one's a sleeper". Especially when to add 5lb leg weights! At the end I held on until failure….and that gives a wicked burn:-)

  9. As a person with bad knees, this is my favourite lower body workout! I do it with ankle weights and it's just so low impact but still makes me feel good so thank you! 🙂

  11. today was a lower body day but I was exhausted with a toddler. ended up doing this instead of HIIT lower body. Feel good

  12. Am I the only one who's having a hard time just keeping the position, on knees and elbows, without shaking and moving around? Damn
