    My only suggestion would be to make the instructions a bit louder compared to the music. The voice is good sometimes but hard to hear sometimes as well. But because the music was always loud enough I couldn’t just turn up the sound!

  9. Great work out. Great instructions! Your voice kind of faded out at the end and I couldn’t hear what you were saying even though my phone was it the same volume. The music is too loud. Sometimes it covers your voice. I’ll definitely watch it again!

  11. It’s amazing how relaxing this workout is… yet it burns so good!!!! I love the mixture! The slow controlled movements help focus on each muscle, i can feel my body getting stronger every time I do this workout!!! As always , THANKYOU Amy for doing such an amazing job!

I was just recently diagnosed with POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachychardia Syndrome) which causes heartrate to shoot up crazy high when I'm vertical, fatigue and what is called "exercise intolerance," (meaning I can't do much exercise without a negative "payback.") My cardiologist told me to try Mat Pilates to increase core strength which his supposed to help the POTS. …. I LOVE your workout! And, it gives me inspiration. At the moment, I can only do a couple reps of each set and have to stop completely at 3-5 minutes, but it gives me something to work up to… little by little. Thank you!!!!
