  1. Great workout Nicole. I started working out with you about four months ago. At that time, every single exercise of yours was hard for me. Now, even this 'intense" workout was not hard – I never thought I could do pilates 100 with ease. The only challenging part was the last stretch of exercise when the pace was more brisk. Thank you! Would you be willing to develop more intense/challenging/advanced workouts as we strengthen our bodies (and mind) with you?

  3. We dumped our expensive gym memberships at the start of the pandemic. We have a few other trainers, Lottie and Beth we have subscribed to but when we cue up one of yours we know we are in for a challenge. Personally I hope you are half as fabulous a human in real life as you are as our trainer.

I really enjoy your workouts which is soothing and challenging at the same time (which is rare to find) but I have a little request if that is ok with you.   9. I just came home from work, the last thing I thought I needed was to exercise after a long day. Then I remembered how relaxing, yet challenging, your workouts are and I knew there was no reason why I shouldn't try one. This was just perfect it was so fun and challenging, I can't wait to do another one tomorrow!!
