this pilates was not too easy, not too hard but definitely worth it
its so hard for me to feel my core, i end up feeling the pressure in my neck and it upsets me because i tried everything to learn how to tighten my core, i also struggle to coordinate the breathing inhale and exhale for every movement
This was the first time I’ve ever done a Pilates workout, and I’m loving it already!!
Nice workout, but I wish the count was more accurate – if it is 10 reps, I wish it was 10 reps.
