This was amazing, especially the bridge series and the arm series. I would love to see more with bands, especially for an arms workout because that is the area I always feel least inspired strengthening! Thank you for all that you do!!

just wondering how often i can train with the band, my worry is if i use the band too often, will i overly build my muscle n look bulky instead of lean?
