  1. Nicole- Thank you! This video is helping me work on my core while we are staying home. I hope to check out your other videos, too. Peace!

  2. Could you do videos for ladies who are plus sized and carrying additional weight that will help tone and strengthen our bodies ? Would be amazing thank you

  3. Oh wow you are one tough cookie it said beginners that was tough and excellent. I would suggest to advise some easier move options for super beginners and anyone who is heavier as some of these beginner moves are straining. Thank you 😊

  4. I love your videos, but as a beginner, this doesn’t really feel beginner lol. Ofc it could just be a personal thing, but I find the leg exercises (and some of the abs) to be more than just challenging. I think I might have pulled a muscle from pushing myself so hard. By any chance there could be a bit of an easier version of this?? Haha but still, keep up the great vids!

  5. would LOVE more beginner style videos! getting back into the swing of working out after gaining quite a bit of weight and really appreciate challenging and effective but doable workouts (dying but not dead style, ya know?). thanks, Nicole! new sub here <3

  6. Thank you so much for this. Just wanted I needed gentle movement, I have bad knees (years of dancing then hours of sitting at a desk), but I found this didn't put undue pressure on my knees so the burn was in the right place. Looking forward to doing more practises with you.

  7. I am the most unfit person. Haven’t worked out in years and have never done Pilates. This was the first video I clicked on and I could follow it! (Plus minus the intense burn I felt, slowly but surely. Please do more beginner videos! I hate how some instructors have ‘Beginner’ Pilates videos but it’s more advanced than anything. This is just perfect where you teach form, technique, BURN and patience. Thanks so much!
