I have moderate arthritis, particularly in my right foot and hip, plantar fasciitis in my right foot as well, and I get chronic leg cramps and muscle cramps, and this workout worked really well for me. I haven’t worked out in ages because of these issues. This workout didn’t trigger any of those dastardly issues, so I’m grateful🙏🏽

  4. Great little workout that I can incorporate into my WFH day. I'm recovering from a long term shoulder injury and have been wanting to get back into Pilates. This session is just right whilst I'm starting to build up strength in that shoulder again. Thank you

  9. its such a good post cardio workout! working on that stretch and balance. I have been doing pilates for a couple of weeks now and I can already tell my progress in my balance.
