Why do i feel embarrassed when someone comes to the room, while excersising?
TIP! if you have been doing this workout for a bit and have a solid foundation/understanding of each move, try adding on ankle weights. It completely changes the intensity OOF

This looks like itll be great for my lower tummy which is my new focus. I want a smaller waist and this whole time ive been doing russian twists plank hip dips etc but that works your obliques, which means the muscles there will grow equaling a bigger waist. My life is a lie lol :/
