  4. Omg it is just me but I consider myself in shape cause I used to go to the gym 3x a week (now its closed) I do 30 mins weights workout at home and I struggled doing this :S I was like omg this is hard LOL but I enjoyed it will be back for more.

  8. I like the movements, but wish she’d tell you how many reps and spend less time over explaining. I found myself really annoyed and having to start and stop waiting for her to just start the next exercise.

  9. Been doing this for 2 and a half weeks on and off now and I already feel and see changes without changing my diet. Also love that it only takes 15 minutes ♥️

  10. I absolutely loved this session. I would have liked another 5-10 minutes but I am drenched after just 15 minutes. Thank you for the concentration on upper and lower body and core in such a condensed time. And I appreciate that these were different exercises than what I have typically experienced in pilates workouts.
